Welcome!

This is my place to share my creative bits and pieces. My art has no rules, no limits and absolutely no order. My projects change with my moods but for the last few years, my main focus has been paper art. Cards, collage, mixed media and as many techniques as I can get to. My inspiration comes from everywhere.

I hope you enjoy your visit.

PRETTY POPPIES

Remember these? This time, I used the poppy stencil.
Using a make-up sponge, I dabbed dye ink into the stencil, being sure to use plenty of ink and let it smoosh onto the stencil as well as through it. Lifting the stencil revealed this pretty image but I wasn't done yet. I lightly misted water onto the inky stencil and flipped it over onto white card stock.
This created a watercolour effect. I'd like to try this again using a glimmer mist instead of water.
For this bookmark, I attached an image on each side of the green card stock.

Thanks for looking today. I hope you find some play time because....

it's so good for you!
