Welcome!

This is my place to share my creative bits and pieces. My art has no rules, no limits and absolutely no order. My projects change with my moods but for the last few years, my main focus has been paper art. Cards, collage, mixed media and as many techniques as I can get to. My inspiration comes from everywhere.

I hope you enjoy your visit.

SHIMMER ADDICTED?

At the moment, I appear to be shimmer addicted, and I'm not looking for the cure. This card has more of the shimmer spray and re-inker painting done on it. No promises that I won't be making more with shimmer but I'll find a different technique.  :)
Thanks for looking and I hope your day rocks!

FOUR DAYS LATE, BUT HERE IT IS!

Today, I remembered that I was going to try to post a Christmas card on the 25th of each month. I wonder how many months I will forget :)   I got  a little heavy handed with the vanilla spritz, which is no surprise to me as I've yet to feel in control when using it. The eyes are the tiny pearls from Stampin' Up! I love those pearls and rhinestones!
The deer are from a piece of wrapping paper I received a gift in. Thanks Lorraine!

Enjoy your weekend and thanks for looking.

BRAYER & SPRITZ

Run a brayer that's been inked up with a Kaleidacolor pad, over glossy cardstock, follow with a quick spritz of Smooch spray and you have a pretty background just waiting for your chosen image.

Yesterday, a very creative friend of mine had a birthday. I was away for the day and never sent her birthday wishes. So, a day late but......
HAPPY BIRTHDAY YVONNE!

SIMPLE WITH A SPRITZ

Smooch Spritz is fun stuff and WOW is the colour ever intense. This card has Log Cabin sprayed on, very lightly, yet it covers well.
This is sort of another CASE as I loosely copied a card from a Stampin' Up! magazine. Casing works for me when I want to make a card, but I don't want to design it. Or I like it so much, I want one of my own. Am I the only one that has times like that? I'm pretty sure I'm not.
Hostess Club is tonight and we'll be doing a baby wipes and chalking technique. I'll show that tomorrow.

I appreciate your visit and hope you have an amazing day!

SPRITZ & BITS

A few days ago I decided to spritz some colour onto some white paper flowers that I have. So I made a bit of spritz using melon mambo re-inker. Sprayed that all over the flowers I had laid out on some white card stock. Once dried, I removed them and then sprayed log cabin (dark brown) Smooch Spritz here and there on the same white card stock. Very sparingly as this is very dark spray. Once that dried, I die cut and punched the card stock.  The petals on this flower were the scraps from the lattice die. The other pieces were punched. River rock card stock supports it all nicely.
So, there you have it- Spritz & Bits!  FUN!
Hope you have fun today!
