My projects change with my moods but for the last few years, my main focus has been paper art. Cards, collage, mixed media and as many techniques as I can get to. My inspiration comes from everywhere.

DISTRESS INK- SECOND PLAY DAY

Kate came over and the distress inks came out for our play time.
The panel behind the lattice was inked with distress ink, then a background stamp with Versamark ink and a spritz of water was stamped over it. It creates a very subtle effect that has lots of depth in real life.

See the bling? That's the new Jewels from Stampin' Up!
They have rhinestones and pearls. I love BOTH of them. You'll be seeing more of them over the next while.

    PS I loved the technique with the versamark and spritzed water. Still trying to get my head around it but enjoyed the effect and the variations of it.
