Welcome!

This is my place to share my creative bits and pieces. My art has no rules, no limits and absolutely no order. My projects change with my moods but for the last few years, my main focus has been paper art. Cards, collage, mixed media and as many techniques as I can get to. My inspiration comes from everywhere.

I hope you enjoy your visit.

SILHOUETTE DECOR

Hi everyone!
I had a fabulous day recently...spent the entire morning in my pj's, with my Silhouette Cameo machine. I have a few projects to share with you.
DH and I both have these thermal go-cups. He bought them from Tim Horton's and we love them- they keep the coffee hot a long time. I like my coffee black, he doesn't, and too often we'd mix up our cups.
Not any more! I blinged mine up with some gold sparkle vinyl from Dollarama, and this perfect cutting file by Quietfire Design at Silhouette Store. I'll have to hand wash my cup now but it's worth it. The 'vinyl' is more like self-adhesive cellophane.

On a roll, I went for my phone........
I don't expect these designs to last forever but I like to change things up, so it's not an issue.

Then........
my lovely Cameo got a tiny bit of whimsy with this butterfly- you guessed it- Quietfire Design.  :)
Blue vinyl from Dollarama.

This is the last design of the day.
Can you guess where this is?

Everyone should have one, don't you think?  :)

I just love this!

I want to give credit and kudos here..
She shared her genius idea of using the cutting mat to transfer the cut designs to the cup, phone, etc.

I hope you liked having a peek at the results of  my morning playtime with my Cameo.
Thanks for stopping by- I appreciate it!

  1. These are great Holly!! LOVE the coffee cup!! And yes, the idea of putting the vinyl face down on the cutting mat and using the mat to transfer the vinyl is a really good idea!
